Locations

Location Number 1-

•The first location will be at a semi detached house which will signify and contribute to the social class which is mainly aimed at the C1C2DE.
•This location is vital to our film as we can include intertextual references within our chosen drama which is teen drama. The house will be used for a house party which is steriotypical towards teenagers as supposed to adults that is all that teens do party, drink and sleep.
•The intertextual reference will be the TV drama hit 'Skins' as every episode has something to do with getting drunk and going to crazy parties such as in series 3, episode 4 when the character 'Pandorra' has a house party which goes out of control, with loud music with people dancing around.
•In the house the filming will only occur in one room which will be the room where everyone is gathered dancing listening to the booming music.





Location Number 2-

•The second location will be outside the house where we are going to film, however it is not on a street, its more like an alley way.
•The arguments between the two female characters will be held in this location, we think this is suitable as the music which is used inside the house will also be heard outside with a different pitch etc, which will make the production look more proffesional.
•This is where the two male characters decide to get into there cars which are also parked in the alley way.
•We chose the alley way concept as we found that a normal street would have not been isolated enough and would have looked too open and other things which will be shown via the mise-en-scene will destract the audience when the cars go head to head with each other. So this is why the alley way is the best as the cars are the main focus in an isolated consent postion. A little bit of intertextual reference is used here with the remake 'Gone in 60 Seconds' where the cop car and the famous Nicolas Cage drives the incredible 1967 Shelby GT500 Mustang heading towards the cop car backwards which is also filmed in an alley way.



Location Number 3-

•This is also filmed outside the house party however it will be in the alley way, but the camera will be focusing on the female character laid dead on the floor.
•We have decided to follow on from this location as it fits in with the story line however it seems like a different location as the ending is shown at the begining with a flash back.
